Led by ECFIT Coach, Erin Carson, this program will be hosted via your Training Peaks Training Calendar and can sync with an existing coached program or function as a stand alone program. If you don't currently have a Training Peaks Account you can get one for FREE!

Execute a 7 day a week commitment to activities ranging from strength/mobility, swim/bike/run/walk, interval training, meditation, yoga, and Foundation Training. Daily commitments can be as short as 30 minutes and up to 2 hours - you choose to do what you can and mark the session as "completed" when done. Accountability is a thing with this journey and we can communicate throughout the experience.

 

  • Program duration 6 ½ weeks: November 9, 2020 - December 23, 2020.
  • 2 LIVE sessions per week - Facebook live on Mondays and Zoom live exclusively for Good to Great registered athletes.
