Sepp is an American Cyclist who currently rides for UCI World Team Jumbo-Visma. In 2018 Sepp worked with ECFIT Coach Erin Carson to prepare for his first season on the World stage. This program is representative of the work done before Sepp headed to Europe. The main focus of the program is to strengthen posture and lower body body strength. The simplicity of the program lends it to be very useful for all level of athlete seeking to gain comfort and strength in cycling.
